It would have been a typical evening, yet another night in the dining hall consuming a salad and something of substantial protein and maybe even chowing down on some well needed pizza for a change, or fried chicken. Considering the choices were limited and her mother was not at home, she decide that the Dining Hall would be more appropriate considering it meant that she would not have to cook, or do dishes. She figured it would be the same as always, carrying in a book and eating dinner while reading said book. All alone. No entertainment really, just her and her book once more.
But, we all know that things can never really go as planned, no always anyhow. So as she was finishing entering into that line to order her food she was not surprised to hear a fight going on just within her ear shot. Probably some form of clique issues as that seemed to always be the case. Casey really didn't fit within a Clique so she just really tried to ignore it. As she reached the end of the line, her hand slid over the back pocket of the dark grey jeans that hugged her curves nicely and thumb would latch into the inside of her pocket as she pulled out her money to pay for her meal, handing it to the woman at the register. She grabbed her change back and pocketed it before slowly moving away with her tray and moving back into the dining hall to look for a nice place to sit just as she saw a piece of pizza whizzing through the air.
Her eyes got wide right as she watched it smack with a 'goosh' noise right in the center of some kids face. She shook her head a little and kept right on walking though, trying to mind her own business, thinking that would be the end of it.

since living on campus meant that you either relied on a) take out, b) take out or c) the dining hall for food, ashley was getting ready to get some dinner. her regular clothing from school seemed to be fitting: dark wash skinny jeans, grey tee shirt with teenage mutant ninja turtles and soem converse clad her body, her feet secure in some converse. she didn't need a hoodie since it was pretty warm outside, so she left as is, leaving the dorm house and heading to the mess hall.
as she entered the room, she could hear heated discussions around her. none of the people she regularly sat with were around, so she simply walked into the line, getting some food. ashley didn't really focus on what she was doing, but let her subconcious do something. before she knew it, she'd paid and was standing in the middle of the mess hall, looking around. and then she saw the soda go flying. followed by about twenty other food products. she ducked down, dropping her food without realizing it. she crawled into the safety of one of the tables, looking around. There were liquids, solids and everything else buzzing through the air, hitting random kids.
ashley then saw someone standing there, walking through it all. it was a girl around her own age and she called out just in time: "hey you! duck!" there was a meatball heading the chick's way. "come under here--quick!" if the girl was smart, she'd do what ashley said.

She heard a voice amongst the food items flying through the air as if it was some type of food world war III or something and she looked over kind of helpless for just a split second before she hit the floor and and started crawling to the invited safety of the offered out space under the table. She peeled a few noodles out of her hair with a shudder as she looked over to the other girl with a questioning look. "What in the heck is going on here?" she would ask as she watched more food fly through the air and even tumble and hit the ground in which not even a moment before she stood. She looked to her book that was still dangling in her hands that was now covered in some sort of grape juice smoothie or something and she retched a little. Wasn't this school supposed to be the best of the best or something? In all her years here she had never heard of or seen anything like this. But she could not help but laugh when one of the school creeps got knocked upside the face by a slop of mashed potatoes, butter and all.
She looked over to the girl and shook her head a little before smiling a bit. "Thank you for the shelter ... but, how do we get out of here now?" It would typically be easy, but considering this didn't seem to be stopping anytime soon, it was going to be a little more impossible than first though.

While Sarah was sitting at one of the mahogany tables in the brightly lit cafeteria, she noticed a slight disturbance in the air, as if just a little helium was let out of a balloon. She tensed slightly, her instincts taking over. She chewed slower, blinked less. When she heard a loud burst of yells behind her, she knew something was up. She turned around, willing it to be something just minor, a spilled milk carton on a popular girl. But it wasn't. Sarah leaned to the right just fast enough to dodge a speeding grape; not exactly a big threat.
A food fight was breaking out, probably the first one in recorded history at Concord Prep. After all, it was a very classy place. Parents spent thousands of dollars per year just to send their children here, let alone donations they chose to give. Sooner than later, every single type of food was flying past Sarah: mashed potatoes, grapes, rolls, even some slices of turkey were going at lightning fast paces. Quickly, she decided that the best thing to do would be to get out of here. She dumped the items on her tray onto the empty table and used it as a shield. She got up and turned quickly, keeping her back to the area without the food fight. But it had all ready spread.
She turned and ran for the door, but it was blocked by a sturdy looking guy with a plate full of mashed potatoes, flinging them at anyone who came close. Damn she thought. There would be no escaping. So she settled for diving under one of the tables which she didn't realize was occupied until she bumped into someone else's leg. "Oh! I'm so sorry," she said quickly to the girl she had bumped. Sarah was unsure of her name, but she was familiar with her face.

NOTE; Steph gave me permission to GodMod my little heart out. It's for a good cause. Promise. <3Surrounded by food, Anna was fuming. Her outfit was ruined. And it was all ADAMS fault. He was such a dick.
Food was still whizzing by, and Anna was caught up in the action. She looked like shit, but was having some fun, despite the red hot anger searing through her veins like a burning flame. Anna was grabbing whatever she could to throw, always aiming for Adam and always being off. What? She was a girl. Girls were scientifically less coordinated then the male population. It was a proven fact.
But Anna was trying her best. And succeeding somewhat. To an extent. Oh well. It was retaliation. If this wasn’t enough for her, she’ll just punish him later. Not a big deal.
Concord Private Boarding School had never had a food fight. Ever. End of story, and absolutely no arguments. Concord was prestigious, and one of the best. It was a top pick boarding school in the nation. How in the hell had something this chaotic happen?
[/blockquote][/blockquote] REWIND! Walking to a table, the one that Adam Roberts was sitting at, Anna was ready to drink her water and eat her apple. It was honestly all that she needed - or wanted. He had asked her to sit with him today, and it was honestly just a social this for her. He sent her a text, telling her to get her butt to the café and that was the end of it. She didn’t have plans, and was ready to eat. Even if it was just this Golden Delicious apple and a water bottle.
Reaching Adam and a few of him friends she plopped herself onto the table. Sitting on tables seemed to be a new thing for Anna, and she was somewhat obsessed with it. She liked that she was higher up then others. Which never happened, with her being five feet tall, give or take a few inches.
Announcing her presence with a simple “Hey!”, she took a bite out of her apple. She was happy that she was wearing skinny jeans and not a skirt or dress today, as she wouldn’t be able to sit on the table like this. It was against the rules, sure, but whatever. Anna doesn’t get in trouble, no matter what she does. Who knows why, it was honestly a mystery. The jeans were dark wash, and slightly faded. They were currently a dark gray with a hint of blue intermixed. Some bright neon pink patent leather heels were on her feet, and a loose neon pink shirt. Her hair was thrown back haphazardly, and she really didn’t care.
He greeted her in return, making some witty comment about her being on the table. Anna just rolled her eyes and smiled widely at him and his friends. She wasn’t sure who all of them were, but she greeted them all as well.
Looking down at Adam’s food, Anna was pleasantly surprised. The boy had picked up salad! Sure, there were other foods on the tray as well, but there was salad. ”Oh my lord, Adam!” she said excitedly, a feign layer of shock lacing through her tone. ”You picked up a salad! I’m so proud of you!”
With that, she laughed and took another bit of her apple with a smug smirk on her face and a mischievous glint in her eye. He made some comment back, and she just shrugged and continued smirking at him as she chewed the apple. Anna loved apples. Humming in delight, she closed her eyes for a few brief moments. Adam was in the seat directly next to her, and she smiled genuinely down at him. He said something again with playfully narrowed eyes, and threw a piece of lettuce at her. Little did either of them know, it had a ton of dressing and vinaigrette on it.
Feeling the oil and wet stick to her shirt, Anna glowered down at him. She stood up, and continued to glare. She wasn’t thinking straight, in all honesty. So being Anna, she was about to overreact just to get even. It happened all the time, really. And this time, no one was here to stop her. It happened too quick.
Looking around frantically for something to splatter him with, Anna soon laid eyes on pudding, she knew she had scored. Picking it up, not knowing who the owner of the dish was, she stalked over to Adam with a newfound determination and fierce anger. She dipped her hand into the pudding, and flung it at his back. It missed. A lucky, or unlucky in this case, fellow student had been walking by. A girl. With a boyfriend. A fierce looking boyfriend.
Anna then continued to pretend like she had no idea who had thrown it, when the evidence was obvious. She had pudding all over her hands, and a dish of it on the table next to her.

REWIND to PRESENT!!! Adam didn’t have a usual crowd to hang with as he ate, he usually just got his food and sat at his same table. Sometimes on it, on the window sill next to it, or just actually sitting in it, it all depended on how his day was going. On this particular day, he had texted one of his friends to come sit with him today, why he wanted her to come, he didn’t know for sure. But her company was always amusing and he was pretty bored with the guys in which surrounded him at the moment, he felt like bickering and laughing, and that, he got from Anna. He smiled when she finally had joined them, knowing the familiar face and voice. He liked that she wasn’t like other girls, all prissy and girly about sitting properly at the table. When he saw her choice of food for the day, he shook his head in laughter, she could be a girl sometimes, and that was the perfect example. Girls did not know how to eat right, they just ate the smallest portions, which was a little bit of an irk to boys all around. He shrugged the thought away and gave her a welcome nod, ”Hey stranger”, he greeted her back, again, glad she had agreed to join him. ”Almost forgot you like to sit ABOVE us lowlife delinquents, to express your social status in the school”, he smirked, referring to ‘us’ as him and his friends, gesturing as he said the remark. She knew he was just teasing, he loved poking fun, and she was an easy target for him. Easy because, she gave it right back, and didn’t get all mad about anything he said.
He was just about to grab his drink when she mentioned the salad that he had put on his tray, probably for the first time ever at this school. Benny had mentioned something that his coach had told him about eating healthy and exercising to maintain a nice ripped body, he was just trying something new. He didn’t intend on her pointing it out loudly, but oh well, he had some spaghetti on the other side that probably scratched out the healthiness of the salad. But he was just trying it for once, just a taste tester. He glared at her playfully, ”Oh lord, here she goes…”, he rolled his eyes chuckling a little along with his friends who were present as well. The smirk across her lips, made him want to just throw something at her, he kept his eyes on her and reached for a piece of lettuce. He didn’t see the piece he picked up, ”I eat other things than hamburgers, you know? Be careful miss Murphy, or you’ll be wearing this precious little salad”, he said flicking it her way unaware of the glob of dressing on it.
He heard the squish! and saw that the lettuce was stuck to her shirt, his eyes widened as she stood up, the look in her eyes was different. Uh oh, he didn’t mean to get her clothes, or get anything really. He was under the impression that it was just a plain piece of lettuce! He watched her search for something to throw back at him, she wasn’t serious was she? She wouldn’t. He watched her grab the pudding, ”Oh, shit”, he said flinching when she threw it, it missed him perfectly. God, girls sure can’t throw. He couldn’t help but laugh as the whole scene from that moment turned into one big food fight including everyone in the cafeteria.
It was many minutes later and much more food stains later, that Adam was now on the opposite side of the table Anna was near. They had continued to throw mainly at one another, he ducked every so often to avoid her throws and others. He had gotten hit with spaghetti, apple sauce, ketchup, and more! He didn’t know why he chose to wear a white shirt today, but he was damn sure glad he left his favorite leather jacket at home. He looked around, this had to be the first food fight in history at this place, he loved it. He loved that it was mostly all because of he and Anna, they couldn’t get caught, right? He grabbed a basket of fries and stood on the table now, throwing fries one by one at Anna. Before he could throw a fifth fry, he had slipped on some ketchup on the table and fell on his ass. ”Fuck”, he cursed himself, all the fries falling around him like confetti, food flying from left to right.

this was getting way, way, way too out of hand. somehow, two other people were under the table with her. the first chick had managed to dodge the pizza and join her, and then another chick had arrived. ew, was that mayonnaise on the floor!? ashley made a groaning noise. "hi, everyone" she said, talking quickly and making sure that nothing was heading there way. "i'm ashley. i say we migrate to the kitchens and exit out the back door, yea?" she asked her two comrades. ashley wasn't immature enough to be joining in the food fight--she just wanted out of it.
letting out a sigh, she tucked her hair behind her shoulders, making sure her nose ring was in place. "does anyone see a way out?" she asked the two girls, biting her lip. she moved some of the chairs in front of her to block the incoming food, and smiled to herself when get strategy worked. letting out a sigh, she quickly looked for a route, waiting for someone to speak up.

Food was flying faster past the low table. Much faster. When one of the girls asked if anyone knew any way out of there, she automatically looked around, looking for anything that even looked remotely like an exit. The main doors were an automatic out unless they wanted to become living Thanksgiving dinners. She knew that there was a back door, but that was across the cafeteria. She decided to voice her findings. "No, there really isn't a near exit. The front doors are out unless we want to be covered with mashed potatoes and gravy, and the back door is too far away," She was still looking around, trying to spot out any stray trays around laying on the ground. She found 2 laying upside down a few yards away. She picked up her own tray. "Wish me luck, guys. I'm going to run out there and pick up those trays for you guys. I have an idea," She prepared herself to go out from shelter and took her first step into the unknown enemy territory. [/justify]
